Day 21- Breathe Like A Winner!

This is a simple exercise but a great state builder you can use at any time.
Sit back. If you want to, you can close your eyes in a minute.
For just 60 seconds, sit back and breathe like a really, REALLY wealthy and powerful person would, someone who is DELIGHTED with their accomplishments and completely ready for ACTION!
Daily Switchword:  UP = To dispel an attack of the blues, to lose an inferiority complex, to be happy or in a good mood

In your journal write down any insights, thoughts or inspirations received today.
My “Aha” moment is….

I am grateful for….

60 Days to More Wealth, Health & Prosperity Exercise Adapted from Dr. Silvia Hartmann’s Book “60 Second Wealth Creators” Day 35 - That Beach Sensation Do you know what the VERY FIRST thing is that people do when they get to be on holiday and holiday has arrived for real? After a good holiday, work always proceeds so much better :-) Daily Switchword:  CHUCKLE = To turn on personality. In your journal write down any insights, thoughts or inspirations received today. If you decide to put off the challenge until another time, that is fine as well. Please try to keep any comments and questions attached to that day's exercise. It will make things a lot easier. I will be checking in the evenings but cannot pr...
